Our Story
PBH provides psychiatric and mental health services to children and adults. As providers of professional behavioral health, PBH has the highest ethical standards set forth by the American Psychiatric Association. Our clinicians evaluate and treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including , bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety and ADHD. Meet Our Providers
Dr. Smith is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). She received her nurse practitioner degree from the University of South Alabama and has been in practice for eight years. She provides evidence-based holistic mental health care to individuals of all ages. She is committed to helping patients reach their goals. She also believes in establishing a long-lasting rapport with her patients. Her objective is to ensure her patients’ needs and concerns are being heard and their needs and purposes are being met.
She has treated many chronic and acute mental illnesses, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Dr. Smith also has an extensive background in treating addiction. She is passionate about mental health and believes in empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools to live healthy and happy lives.

Sonya Klein, NP, is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of comprehensive medical experience, including six years specializing in psychiatry. Originally from the Midwest, Sonya has developed a robust practice focusing on the treatment of anxiety and depression in both adults and children as young as five years old.
Sonya is passionate about providing holistic care that addresses the unique needs of each patient. She believes in a balanced approach that incorporates social interventions, medication management, and therapy, often collaborating with other disciplines to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan. Marly is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey toward mental and emotional wellness. Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, Marly has built a strong reputation for helping people feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Marly is passionate about providing culturally competent care to a wide range of clients. Her bilingual skills allow her to connect more deeply with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that language is never a barrier to healing.
